Figure Skating | The Beginners Guide To Different Spin Entries

Learning spins is one of the most fun and exciting parts of figure skating! The beautiful positions with amazing power make spins stand out on the ice. Now most skaters will have a favorite spin, but did you know that some skaters even have a favorite spin entry! It might help them with extra power, or more balance, what ever it might be, it happens to be their favorite.  

In this lesson we're going to show you some different entries for your favourite spins. We can look at what makes the entries different, as well as some key things you should remember the next time you're going to try them! This lesson is great for those skaters looking to try new entries as well as those who might need a refresher on how to make those entries sparkle.  

As a bonus we have also shown how you can make all these entries look more exciting with some simple arm movements!
