Spirals are one of the most well known and recognised moves in figure skating. Balancing on one leg, the other leg reaching up as high as possible and the beautiful lines that almost make it look like we're floating across the ice. So how do we get our spirals to look like that? Well it starts with patience and a whole lot of practice. But there is definitely some fun exercises that you can try that makes practicing more exciting.   

In this lesson we'll show you 3 exercises for your spirals that you can easily practice at your next training session. While they might be a little challenging, you can easily adjust them to suit your skating skills. And as a bonus, at the end of this lesson we'll show you how to add some beautiful arms to these exercises.
