Figure Skating Edges Workout (10 Laps - Perfect For Beginners)
Sep 03, 2023All figure skaters know they should be working on their deep edges, but finding time in the session and knowing what to do can make it challenging. What exercises should I be doing? How long should I do them for? What do I do next?
Well in this lesson we have made it super easy by putting together a on-ice workout aimed at targeting those deep edges! Be sure to take your breaks when necessary between each exercise and finish those exercises with beautiful landings!
The exercises we'll be doing are:
1. Forward Inside Edges
2. Forward Cross Rolls
3. Forward Crossover - Inside Edge
4. Chasse's to Forward Outside Edge
5. Forward Crossover & 3 Inside Edges
